As a Sales Support employee, Esmeralda Boshoff is an important link within Foeth. She supports the sales team, helps with quotations and customer communication, welcomes visitors and makes sure daily office activities run smoothly.

Making sure everything runs smoothly together

As Sales Support, Esmeralda is in contact with many colleagues within Foeth, from her direct support team and sales to the field sales team and other locations. By keeping an overview and arranging things properly, she helps processes run smoothly.

According to Esmeralda, much of this starts with a strong foundation: when administration, quotations and communication are correct from the start, customers and colleagues can move forward more quickly.

In her role, she also contributes to Foeth’s sustainable mission. “At Foeth, we give machines a second life. Through clear communication with customers and colleagues, I help prevent waste and mistakes.”
