Alfa Laval Advocado Oil line

Background information

Foeth recently acquired an unused avocado oil processing line, consisting of a variety of high-quality, durable and reliable machines. With this line, up to 1800 kg of (pitted) avocados can be processed into oil per hour. This line is a complete production line, which enables you to cover the full process from washing the fruit to storing the final product. 3x ATMOSPHERA 650 Ltr. Thermo-Blender

Blending is a crucial step in the avocado oil extraction process, as it plays an important role in determining the quality and quantity of oil obtained. Compared to the traditional paste mixer, the Atmosphera can guarantee total airtightness and a much higher heat exchange efficiency. The heat exchange surface, 20% larger than that of traditional mixers, allows a reduction in the time the paste remains in the tanks and in the energy cost for heating.

Decanter Module NX X4 BCC

For continuous separation of oil from vegetable juice and pomace. The decanter can work in three or two phases. Three-stage processing is carried out with low dilution water consumption, due to the unique design of the decanter with short cone drum and variable dynamic pressure. It is also very efficient in two-stage processing as it allows a fast and continuous adjustment to suit the different types of product
