Learn more about Fryma Koruma and their systems

Fryma Koruma was created in 2000 through the merger of the Swiss and South German companies Fryma and Koruma. At that time, both companies already had around half a century of experience in plant development and construction. Since 2014, the specialists have been part of the ProXES group. Their range of systems has hardly changed over the years. Mills, in particular, are the focus: co-ball mills, corundum disk mills, perforated disc mills, or toothed colloid mills. They are suitable for crushing, dispersing, or wet milling. The company also manufactures numerous other systems: dispersing or mixing machines, inline homogenizers, or vacuum deaerators. In addition, most of these machines have various models available to suit different applications or production capacities - also here at Foeth. For each Fryma offer, you will find technical specifications with all the necessary information for easy and quick selection. If you have any questions or would like advice from our plant specialists, we will be happy to assist you through these contact options immediately.

Here are the Fryma Koruma systems in use

The range of industries in which you will encounter Fryma Koruma systems or machines is extensive. It starts in the pharmaceutical sector with the production of active ingredients, extends to the cosmetics industry with the production of creams or lipstick mass, and reaches into food production. Here, Fryma's systems are involved in the production of ketchup or mayonnaise and chocolate. The typical process tasks involve desagglomeration, dispersion, or emulsifying, mixing, and wet milling. In any case, high hygiene is crucial, in addition to precision and reliability. Therefore, all parts of the systems that come into contact with the production materials are made of stainless steel. It has antibacterial properties and is easy to clean. Additionally, stainless steel is color and taste-neutral. This allows you to continuously process new final or intermediate products with the systems without compromising their quality. Lastly, the systems impress with their corrosion resistance, making them highly durable, and you can rely on used process equipment for years to come.
