All-round HR Adviser (M/F)

Job description

As an All-round HR Advisor, you will be responsible for the entire spectrum of HR activities within our company. You will act as a trusted advisor to management and employees, supporting them on all HR issues. You will work closely with the management and team leads of the various departments to ensure that our HR processes run smoothly and comply with applicable laws and regulations

Responsibilities

• Advise management and employees on HR-related issues, including employment law, absence management, terms and conditions of employment, career development, and performance management.

• Coordinate the recruitment and selection process, including drafting job advertisements, reviewing applications, and conducting job interviews.

• Perform HR administrative tasks, including drafting employment contracts, maintaining personnel files, and processing mutations.

• Manage the absence process, including monitoring absence figures, assisting employees with reintegration, and liaising with the occupational health and safety service.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

• Ensuring proper compliance with relevant labour law and privacy laws and regulations.

• Acting as a point of contact for employees with HR-related questions and offering support and advice

Qualifications

• At least a completed college degree in Human Resource Management or similar.

• At least 5 years experience in a similar HR position.

• Thorough knowledge of employment law and HR legislation.

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work independently and set priorities.

• Discreet and able to handle confidential information with care.

• Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages.
