A. Foeth B.V., having its registered office in Barneveld, the Netherlands, at Harselaarseweg 23, is a personal data processing controller as detailed in this Privacy Statement.

The personal data we process

A. Foeth B.V. processes your personal data because you procure our services and/or because you have provided them to us yourself. The data that A. Foeth B.V. may require of you or must be provided in connection with the purposes listed in the below and that A. Foeth B.V. will at any rate process include the following:

• Gender

• Company name

• Job title

• Telephone number (mobile and/or landline)

• E-mail address

Does A. Foeth B.V. also process special personal data?

Special personal data are sensitive data, such as data concerning health or a previous criminal conviction, or data concerning ethnicity or race. A. Foeth B.V. does not process special data.

Why we require the data

Once you have concluded an agreement with A. Foeth B.V., we wish to be able to provide you with an optimum service. We make use of your data for the following purposes:

• To be able to call or-email you if this is necessary for being able to provide our services.

• To inform you about any changes effected in our products or services.

• To deliver goods or services to you.

• When we have a legal obligation to do so, for instance in connection with filing our tax returns.

• Data may also be used for promotional or marketing purposes related to the types of services provided by A. Foeth B.V., such as for the purpose of informing you of a new A. When you request a quote the data you provided with your quote request will be stored and used to send you the requested quote, to follow up on your current and future requests and for analysis after aggregation. We will also add your e-mail address to our mailing list. You can always unsubscribe from this list by the unsubscribe link in the e-mails or by contacting us with your unsubscribe request by sending an e-mail to info@foeth.com.

What rules apply to the processing of personal data?

When processing personal data, A. Foeth B.V. must observe the applicable

legislation and keep abreast of all developments in this connection. A. Foeth B.V. for this reason retains the right to amend this Privacy Statement, so as to have the text correspond to the current state of legislation, as indicated at the bottom of this Privacy Statement.

For how long do we store the data?

A. Foeth B.V. will not store your personal data any longer than is strictly necessary to realise the purposes for which your data are collected.

Sharing data with/providing data to third parties

A. Foeth B.V. does not sell your data to third parties and only provides them if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to meet a legal obligation. So as to ensure a similar level of protection and confidentiality of your data, we conclude a processor agreement with all companies that process your data on our instructions.

All officials and members of staff of A. Foeth B.V. having access to and/or processing personal data have a duty of confidentiality with respect to these data, except where provided differently by law. Whenever A. Foeth B.V. engages third-party services, A. Foeth B.V. will conclude agreements on the security measures to be implemented to protect the personal data.
