Jentec 720 Ltr. & 100 Ltr.

Introducing tank A, a closed stirring vessel crafted by Jentec GmbH with a capacity of 600 Ltr. (expandable to a maximum of 720 Ltr.). Forged from stainless steel 1.4404, it boasts resilience and longevity. With a working pressure of 3 Bar and the ability to function under vacuum conditions, tank A offers versatility. Its integrated jacket has a capacity of 150 Ltr., supporting vacuum operations at 3 Bar working pressure.

The dimensions of tank A are 1200x833 mm, with top connections of DN25 and DN50. This tank operates within a temperature range from ambient to 140°C, suitable for various processes.

Tank A's stirring mechanism features a 1.5 kW motor compatible with voltages of 220-240/380-415 Volt, achieving speeds of up to 56 rpm for efficient mixing. Tank A also includes a 15 kW motor for the homogenizer, reaching 1455 rpm for impeccable homogenization.

With a total height of 2.9 meters and a footprint of 1.4x1.4 meters, tank A is CE certified and ATEX compatible for use in potentially explosive environments.

Tank B:

Tank B is a closed stirring vessel with a capacity of 70 Ltr. (extendable to a maximum of 100 Ltr.). Crafted from stainless steel 1.4404, it meets high standards for working pressure, vacuum capability, and jacket capacity (40 Ltr.).

Tank B's dimensions are Ø638x569 mm, with top connections of DN25 and DN50. Its temperature range spans from ambient to 140°C, suitable for various operational needs.

Tank B features a turbo stirrer powered by a 3 kW motor compatible with voltages of 380-415/660-720 Volt, driving the mixing shaft at speeds of up to 1410 rpm for rapid mixing.

For safety, tank B is ATEX compatible and CE certified, with a total height of 1.9 meters and a footprint of 0.83x0.83 meters.

Tank C:
