What are colloid mills?
A colloid mills are type of grinders. A colloid mill is used to reduce and disperse the particle size of a solid in a liquid.
The product is continuously in-line or wet-milled by a rotor-stator milling principle and mixed into a suspension or viscose emulsion.
The fineness of the product is adjustable thanks to the space between the rotor and the stator. Colloid mills are used, for example,
for the production of mustard and mayonnaise in the food industry or creams in the cosmetics industry.
